Shareholder poll results for Auckland Airport

The special meeting of Auckland International Airport Limited to seek approval of the arrangement relating to the return of capital to shareholders was held at the Vodafone Events Centre in Manukau today.

The special resolution put to the meeting was passed by shareholders and Auckland Airport will now seek final orders from the High Court sanctioning the return of capital.
